最近では、すすき野を見ることが少なくなってきましたが、白く色づいた穂の美しさは格別です。

Susuki (Miscanthus sinensis) is iconic plant of Autumn in Japan.
Obviously, Koyo(Autumn Leaf Color) is beautiful but when Susuki's ears turned to the white, they have another beauty.
Unfortunately, Susuki is decreasing their numbers therefore, it is hard to see the growing in a mass.

高知市内の中心部に位置する高知城。
日本国内に現存する12箇所の天守の1つをはじめ、歴史的に貴重な建物が現存しています。

お城は作りや外観が古風（安土桃山時代の様式）であり、それがかえって新鮮に見えます。
本丸御殿内も非常に美しい作りをしています。

Kochi-jo (Kochi Castle) stands on the enter of Kochi city.
This castle is one of twelve castles which remain the castle tower in Japan.
Not only the bergfried, there are another historical significant architectures remain.

This ranma is made between 1722-1766

The castle itself has "Azuchi-Momoyama period" style on the appearance and structures.
Therefore this style gives "old fashion" but also, "something new".
Honmaru goten has beautiful interior decorations.

Konose-kyo is 10mins drive apart from here.
Therefore, why not visiting the both places to enjoy Koyo very very much?

ガソリンスタンドの数が限られているので、給油は余裕を持って行ってください。
また、徳島県側の国道195号線は、木頭より落石に注意をしてください。
道も所々で細い箇所があります。
夜は動物に注意をしてください。

徳島県と高知県の県境に近い、高の背峡は紅葉で有名です。
切り立った崖と紅葉の鮮やかさが、とても美しいです。

Konose-Kyo (Konose Canyon) is located near the prefectural border between Tokushima prefecture and Kochi prefecture.
