A polar bear named "Peace" is at Tobe zoo in Iyo-gun, Ehime Prefecture.
Peace is the first polar bear which has been raised by humans since she was born successfully.
She is often introduced by the media so she is really star animal.

Get on the bus above at "Iyo Tachibana" bus stop and get off at "Tobe Dobutsu-en mae" bus stop. (About 20 mins)

松山城は城郭のほとんどが保存されており、当時の雰囲気を味わう事が出来ます。
天守を持つお城は日本に12箇所しかなく、そのうちの一箇所でとても貴重です。
山城なため、お城から見る松山の街並みは素晴らしいです。
多くの建物が国の重要文化財に指定をされています。

Matsuyama-jo (Matsuyama Castle) has remained most part of the castle.
Therefore, we can feel the hystorical atmosphere very much.
This castle has a 'Tenshu'(= Castle Tower) which is the one of tweleve castles whole of Japan.
Thus, this castle is absolutely valuable.

Moreover, this castle is constructed on the top of mountain so the view from thre is fantastic!
Furthermore, many of buildings are recoginezed as "Important Cultural Property" by Japanese government.

そこからロープウェイまたはリフトで山腹へ。

または徒歩約30分で松山城へ

After that you take the Rope way or Sky lift to the castle.

愚陀仏庵は夏目漱石の下宿先を復元したものです。
外からの見学のみで、内部には入れません。
正岡子規も滞在をしたそうです。

Gudabutsu-an where Souseki Natsume stayed is not an original building, reconstructed.
We cannot enter the inside of this house, can see the outside only.
Shiki Masaoka also stayed this villa.

*Souseki Natsume is a famous Novelist of the Meiji Period.
Shiki Masaoka is a famous poet of the Meiji Period.
Both two people strongly influenced on the Japanese modern culture.

萬翠荘は大正時代(1922年)に建てられた洋館です。
現在では美術館として公開をされております。
また結婚式の写真撮影にも、人気のある場所のようです。

In addtion, this is very popular spot for the wedding pictures.

司馬遼太郎氏の小説、「坂の上の雲」にちなんだ美術館です。
建物の設計は、かの安藤忠雄氏です。

現時点の展示物は、横須賀の三笠公園に比べると見劣りをしてしまいます・・・

This museum introduces the famous novel of "Saka-no-Ue-No-Kumo" written by Ryotaro Shiba.
Besides, this architecture is designed by Tadao Ando.

At this moment, display is bit poor, compare with Mikasa Koen in Yokosuka.
