| Furafu and Koinobori Early-May, '10 |
高知県（高知市より東部の地域？）ではこいのぼりと一緒に「フラフ」を飾ります。
大漁旗のようなこのフラフは、とても大きく、図柄は各ご家庭で違うそうです。
お嫁さんの家から贈られるものとのことです。
In Kochi prefecture (East part of Kochi?), people display the "Furafu" with Koinobori.
This is a significant culture of this area.
Basically, most of part of Japan, we do not see "Frafu".
Furafu is similar to Tairyobata (Flag for celebrate the big catch).
These are very big and each family has different patterns.
Wife's family will present this beautiful flag when young married couple got a baby.
