Kochi-jo (Kochi Castle) stands on the enter of Kochi city.
This castle is one of twelve castles which remain the castle tower in Japan.
Not only the bergfried, there are another historical significant architectures remain.

The castle itself has "Azuchi-Momoyama period" style on the appearance and structures.
Therefore this style gives "old fashion" but also, "something new".
Honmaru goten has beautiful interior decorations.

高知駅よりバスに乗車、県庁前バス停下車徒歩約10分。

25mins walk from Kochi station.
Take a bus from Kochi station and get off at "Kencho-mae" bus stop.
Then 10mins walk.
