On 21st Apr 1903, "Murin-an meeting" was held by Yamagata Aritomo, Ito Hirobumi, Katsura Taro and Komura Jutaro.

京都駅バスターミナルより、京都市営バス5号（A1乗り場）で、「神宮道」（約25分、220円）下車。

7 mins walk from Keage station (Kyoto Municipal Subway Tozai Line)
Take Kyoto-shi bus Route 5 from Kyoto Station bus terminal (A1 bus bay) and get off at "Jingu michi" bus stop (25 mins, 220 Yen).
Then 8 mins walk.
