Kasuga Taisha（Kasuga Taisha Shrine） in Nara-shi is the head shrine of Kasuga-jinja in Japan.
Not only Kasuga Taisha itself but also Kasugayama primary forest are recognized as World Heritage Site.

In addition, the deer are protected as Natural Moment because the deer is the familiar of Kasuga Taisha.
You can see them around Todai-ji and Kofuku-ji in NaraKoen district.
But those are wild deer so please be careful.

Take Bus route 70(to Kasuga Taisha Honden) from "JR Nara-eki" bus station (No 1 bus bay).
Get off the bus at "Kasuga Taisha Honden" bus stop. (About 10 mins, 200 Yen).
Then 3 mins walk.
Take Bus route 1 (Shinai Junkan Sotomawari) from "Kintetsu Nara-eki" bus station (No 1 bus bay).
Get off the bus at "Daibutsu-den Kasuga Taisha mae" bus stop. (About 4 mins, 200 Yen).
Then 15 mins walk.
Take Bus route 70 (to Kasuga Taisha Honden) from "Kintetsu Nara-eki" bus station (No 1 bus bay).
Get off the bus at "Kasuga Taisha Honden" bus stop. (About 7 mins, 200 Yen).
