また月の名所として知られています。
とても美しい海岸ですが、潮流が早く遊泳は禁止です。
海難事故も起きており、波打ち際には近づかないようにしましょう。

Katsura hama is one of the famous sightseeing destination in Kochi prefecture.
Especially, the statue of Ryoma Sakamoto who is very popular Samurai among Japanese.
Furthermore, this beach is well known as the place to enjoy Tsukimi (moon-viewing).
However, the tide is extremely fast therefore, DO NOT be close to the water edge.
Swimming in here is completely PROHIBITED.

JR高知駅より車で30分。
はりまや橋から桂浜行きバスに乗り、終点で下車。
30 mins drive from JR Kochi Station.
Take a bus at Hariyama bashi （to Katsura hama）and get off the bus at the last stop.
