高尾山の登山コースの1つ蛇滝コースです。
蛇滝では水行が行われます。
この水行道場の脇を通り、ケーブルカー駅の側に出る登山コースが蛇滝コースです。
坂は急で、休憩場所もお店も中腹までありません。
道は狭く、急な斜面に面しているので、足元にはお気をつけ下さい。
1時間から1時間半で中腹につきます。
雨天時、雨後は道が悪くなるので危険です。
他のコースをお選びください。
修業が行われる際は、修行の邪魔にならないようにしましょう。

Jataki trail is the one of mountain trails at Mount Takao.
Waterfall asceticism is held at Jataki (Snake Waterfall ) in Mount Takao.
You can walk aside of the ashram and a mountain trail towards to the half way up the mountain.
There are not any rest spot and shops till climbed up.
This trail is narrow and faces the steep slope so please watch your step.
It takes 1 hour to 1.5 hour to the goal.
When raining and after raining, the path will be slippy and very dangerous.
Therefore, chose the other trails.

高尾駅北口バス停より、小仏行バス（京王バス）に乗車（約10分）。
蛇滝口バス停下車。徒歩約5分。
バスの本数が少なく、また2台～3台運行されていますが大変混雑します。
高尾駅北口より、徒歩約40分。
蛇滝コースは急な上り坂が続きます。
1時間から1時間半で中腹に到着します。
下りは約40分、もしくはもう少し早いです。
雨天時、雨後は危険なので、他のコースをお歩きください。
Get on Keio Bus to Kobotoke（小仏） at Takao-eki Kitaguchi Bus stop (高尾駅北口) and get off at Jataki-guchi bus stop（蛇滝口） following 5 mins walk.
The bus service is very limited besides, buses are very crowded especially weekend even extra bus is provided.
About 40 mins walk from Takao Station North entrance.
Jataki trail is steep slope all the way.
It takes 1 hour to 1.5 hours to the half way up the mountain.
The downhill way takes about 40 mins or less.
