Heijo-kyo Sakyo Sanjo Nibo Miya-ato Teien (Miya-ato Teien) is said that is the ruin of the Nara era's garden.
Miya-ato teien is a reconstruction of that garden which was built in mid Nara era.

Therefore, this site has the significant historical value and was recognized as a Special Scenic Beauty Garden by Japanese government.

Take Bus route 63 (to Kencho mae) or route 70 ( to Kasuga Taisha Honden ) or route 72 ( to Takahata-cho) from "Nishi-no-kyo eki" bus stop.
Get off the bus at "Sanjo Oji Icchome" bus stop. (About 10 mins, 250 Yen).
Then 7 mins walk.
Take Bus route 63 ・97 (to Kencho mae) or route 70・98 ( to Kasuga Taisha Honden ) or route 72 ( to Takahata-cho) from "Yakushi-ji higashiguchi" bus stop.
Get off the bus at "Sanjo Oji Icchome" bus stop. (About 7 mins, 250 Yen).
Then 7 mins walk.
Take Bus route 63 ・97 (to Kencho mae) or route 70・98 ( to Kasuga Taisha Honden ) or route 72 ( to Takahata-cho) from "Toshodai-ji higashiguchi" bus stop.
Get off the bus at "Sanjo Oji Icchome" bus stop. (About 6 mins, 250 Yen).
Then 7 mins walk.
