直島でのプロジェクトに関する図面や模型が展示されています。
兵庫県立美術館にも、安藤忠雄氏の作品に関する資料が展示されています。

外観は古民家ですが、内部はコンクリート造でした。
小さなスペースの使い方、自然光の取り入れ方など、安藤建築を存分に感じ取ることが出来ます。

ANDO MUSEUM has just opened in Nao-shima
Tadao Ando's sketches, drawings and models relating to Nao-shima are displayed.
Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art also shows the references of another his works.

The architect itself has the old traditional house appearance but actually this house has reinforced concrete structure.
You can feel his detailed works such as how to use the small space and natural lights.
＜Note＞ You can take photo of the exterior of the architectures but not inside of the buildings.

高松港から高速船（豊島フェリー）で直島の本村港まで約30分。
宇野港からフェリー（四国汽船）で直島の宮浦港まで約20分、本村港まで約20分。

7 mins by bus from Miyaura port.
Get off the bus at Nokyo-mae bus stop then 3 mins walk.
About 50 mins by ferry (Shikoku Kisen) from Takamatsu port to Miyaura port, about 25 mins by high speed passenger boat.
About 30 mins by high speed passenger boat (Teshima ferry) from Takamatsu port to Honmura port.
About 20 mins by ferry (Shikoku Kisen) from Uno port to Miyaura port, about 20 mins to Honmura port.
