芦屋では、世界的に著名な建築家「フランク・ロイド・ライト」の作品に触れることが出来ます。
1924年の作品である、「ヨドコウ迎賓館」（旧山邑邸）です。
アメリカ国外に現存するライトの作品は、日本にわずか4件のみです。

とても貴重なこの建物は重要文化財に登録されています。

A legend architect, Frank Lloyd Wright left a beautiful work in Ashiya, Hyogo, Japan.
Yodoko Guest House（Yamamura House）was built in 1924.
His works in overseas are only 4 works which still remain in Japan.

This building is called Disaster Reduction and Human Renovation Institution.

5:46am 1995 means the date of The Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake occurred.

DRI was established to dispatch the knowledges and experiences of a disaster prevention which were got from The Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995.
Research institutions are working in this building and there are many exhibitions about the disasters (mainly earthquakes).
However, to experience those exhibitions, reservation is required.
