Koishikawa Korakuen (Koishikawa Korakuen Gardens) is the one, you can enjoy the beautiful environment.
This garden is recogized as one of three "Special Scenic Beauty Garden" in Tokyo.
Other two are Rikugien Gardens and Hama-rikyu Gardens.
