Rainbow bridge is one of iconic bridge in Japan.
There is free entry promenade (approx 1.5km) and you can enjoy the nice scenery.
Moreover, you can enjoy the night view of Daiba area.
Please take the South Route to look over Daiba.
On the other hand, you can see Tokyo Tower and crowded city view from the North Route.

From Apr to Oct, Open 9:00 to 21:00
From Nov to Mar, Open 10:00 to 18:00
Gate closes 30 mins before.
Also, third Monday is closed.
