淡い緑色の外観を持つ小林家住宅(旧ハンター邸)は、その外観から萌黄の館と呼ばれています。
1903年に建てられ、至る所に美しさを感じることができる国指定重要文化財です。

庭には1995年の阪神・淡路大震災の際に崩落した煙突が、そのままの姿で保存されています。
Kobayashi Residence (Former Hunter Residence) has a light yellowish green outer wall.
Due to this appearance, this housing is called "Moegi-no-Yakata" (Yellowish green color residence).
Moegi-no-Yakata was built in 1903 and listed as Important Cultural Property.
You can see many beautiful design in detail.

The Great Hanshin earthquake in 1995 hit this area and three chimneies were fallen from the roof.
One of these is preserved in a garden as it was fallen into a garden.
